Capacity planning

A production plan confirmed around the actual order

Capacity is not presented as one fixed daily number. Before confirming a delivery plan, we review the style, fabric readiness, construction difficulty, color and size breakdown, inspection requirements and current line allocation.

The confirmed quotation and production plan identify the practical quantity, timeline, checkpoints and packing route for that specific program.

Compliance & inspection

Clear inspection options for the buyer program.

Certification documents are shared when available and relevant to the confirmed product program. Where a buyer requires independent verification, we support the buyer's appointed process.

  • Buyer-appointed third-party inspection supported: SGS, BV or Intertek
  • Factory visits and buyer-appointed factory audits welcome by arrangement
  • Fabric testing can be arranged as needed for REACH, CPSIA or OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements

Any certificate, inspection scope and test requirement is confirmed for the specific order before production.

Daily production control

  2. 02
    During production

Record measurements and workmanship findings while corrective action is still practical.

  3. 03
    Before packing

Check finished garments, assortment, labels, quantities and carton requirements.

For apparel buyers

Clear evidence before you move from brief to bulk.

Our high-visibility pages now point to the same practical trust signals: a direct factory route, a defined sample step, buyer-appointed inspection and quotation terms confirmed against the brief.

01

Own factory route

MANRALIN works with its own garment factory in Zhejiang, backed by 20 years of production experience and an independent pattern room.

02

Sample before bulk

For standard swimwear, sampling is typically around RMB 100; some requests may qualify for free sampling after review. Fabric availability affects timing.
