Quality control is easier to discuss when it is connected to the approved product, not treated as a final inspection only. For an apparel buyer, daily production records can help keep decisions visible as the order moves from cutting and sewing through inspection, packing and shipment preparation.
Start with the approved reference
Every useful production check needs a reference point. That may be an approved sample, measurement sheet, construction note, fabric approval, color standard, trim approval or packing instruction. The record should make clear which version of the product the team is checking.
This matters because a change that is correct for a revised sample may be incorrect for an earlier version. Keeping the approved information connected to the check reduces avoidable ambiguity.
