Share a product image, tech pack, sample or sketch with the target quantity, market, fit and timing already known.

Sampling
We align fabric, construction, trims, measurements and branding before sample development begins.

Approval & costing
Focused revisions lead to an approved reference and a written quotation for the defined specification.

Bulk production
Production planning follows the approved sample, quantity, material readiness and current line allocation.

Quality & packing
Measurements, workmanship, labels, assortment, quantities and cartons are checked at the agreed points.
- 06
Shipment handoff
We coordinate packing and shipment information with the agreed trade term and the buyer or appointed logistics partner.
Commercial terms
What to expect in the quotation.
These are the working principles used to prepare a buyer-specific offer. The written quotation controls the final scope.
- Sample fee
- Typical standard-style sampling is around RMB 200; the final fee is confirmed after style, fabric and construction review.
- Sample timing
- As fast as 2 days when the required fabric is available; normally no more than 1 week unless special fabric or trims are required.
- Sample fee credit
- Any credit against a bulk order is confirmed in the written quotation.
- Bulk lead time
- Confirmed by category, fabric readiness, construction, quantity and inspection requirements.
- Payment
- Typical basis: T/T 30% deposit + 70% against copy of B/L, confirmed in the quotation.
- Trade terms
- FOB is quoted according to the product, quantity, packing and shipment details. EXW and CIF can be discussed for the specific shipment.
NDA & confidentiality
Share the reference with a clear boundary.
NDA available before you share a tech pack or reference image. Your designs are not added to our public catalog.
Ask for the NDA arrangement before sending confidential development materials. Public product references and private buyer designs are kept as separate working contexts.
